I (and a few others) have been predicting Beck or Jack White as the alternative/rock nominee in AOTY for the last 6 months. It wasn't a surprise to me.
I'm glad he got the nom (even though I enjoy Lazaretto more), I just don't want him to beat Bey. He's honestly the only 1 in that category that can.
