1500 streams of 1 song is not the same as buying a whole album by an artist, lol. It gives the false impression that people actually care about the artist.

it's a bit of a mess but the writing was on the wall. everyone knew it was coming. people can say singles don't matter all they like but the music industry is officially singles driven now. lol at track equivalent album sales. it's so sad but telling of the times.
with the new formula, it will be really embarrasing if rihanna doesn't get a #1 album next time.
