I think religion is a beautiful thing though I am an athiest. It kinda warms my heart that people have faith in something that encourages them to try to live right/be kind to others etc.... No matter how irrational I think it is.

However the one thing that annoys me is the ones who feel like if you don't believe in religion there is something wrong with you. Something tragic happened and you need to convert or be damned to hell. I just hate it your supposed to love god out of love/respect not fear.

And I don't think religious folk need to be athiests and I don't bash em. So don't come for me because you don't have 100% facts to back up your beliefs, faith is subjective and can't go far in an argument.

I agree, I think religion is beautiful. Have you ever been to a service and just looked around at how INTO it people are? People break into tears because they have so much faith in God and believe with all their heart that they're on the right path. I would never want to take that away from anybody, it's a beautiful sight.

I believe in God but I also can recognize that a lot of the world has turned the Bible into a WHITEwashed story with sexist, racist, and homophobic undertones. I also think the creationism vs evolution debate is interesting. Personally, I believe the two can coexist. But I'm not the type to bash someone else for their religious beliefs. I love Atheists and think they make some very good points. Just don't use religion as a way to justify your discrimination and we're good.

Exactly no one ever acknowledges just how the bible has been manipulated and used to justify hate.

I just find it crazy that people give me stares for not believing. I think my ancestors would be proud that I don't just go along with a religion that's been forced on us. But that's how I look at it.

And I agree I seen some white boys with cake it's rare but when it happens......

I stopped being an atheist when I figured that out. Being an atheist is no different than being a zealot IMO, they both believe in something that is determined to be a fact. I think theyre worse even.

That ****s with my conscience sometimes to be honest. But there are times I go out all night and don't drink and if a chick that's had a couple wants to do the deed I'm down. As long as theyre not "on the verge of passing out" or "cant formulate coherent sentences" drunk, you'll be good
