as for the 10 year gap, obviously Kesha wanted to be famous and figured she could just deal her rape. it obvi caused her major psychological damage though (something a few members here seem to have first-hand experience with!), and now she's upset. She still has a case, she was still raped at the end of the day. Women internalize trauma all the time.
