Both are terrible things and aren't that different, my friend. If you truly believe that animals that are raised for slaughter don't suffer as much as those for fur you need to educate yourself on that topic

No they aren't sorry but most people don't actually eat polar bears. Meat for humans come mostly from chickens, cows and pigs that they need to survive. No need to go out & kill every exotic animal out there just to make a fashion statement.

Just because it has nice fur or looks 'exotic' doesn't mean it's life is worth more than that of other animals.

Humans don't need meat to survive. Pigs , cows, chickens, they're all sentinel beings. They have feelings and they don't want to die. Humans treat them like dirt. I suggest you watch the documentary earthlings. Hope that's an eye opener to you.

Those of you saying this to imply the fur industry is worse than the meat industry are doing nothing but exposing how uneducated you are on the subject, and tbh it's unacceptable with the amount of information available.

Each year, over 100 BILLION animals are killed by the meat industry.

The meat industry contributes more pollution than just about any other industry in the world. Eating meat can lead to obesity, high cholesterol, and even cancer.

Meat and the meat industry are infinitely worse on all accounts than the fur industry.

And she changed her mind about fur. What is with you people and not getting that people are allowed to change their minds? She said that when she was poor and couldn't afford a luxurious and beautiful fur coat. Now she can and she loves them.
