iKON member B.I and rapper Bobby revealed their hopes of performing together with female rappers CL of 2NE1 and Yoon Mi-rae.
“If I get to perform with CL, I think I will make my best efforts to keep up with her (excellence). Her powerful stage (presence) will fuel mine, too,” B.I was quoted as saying in a recent interview with fashion magazine High Cut. “I think I can learn a lot from Yoon Mi-rae,” he said, pointing out that CL’s vibe on stage is outstanding.
The two rookies, B.I and Bobby, also shared their first impressions of each other.
“Bobby seems to have a mellow personality. We joke and play tricks on each other a lot,” B.I said. “I was scared of B.I when I first saw him, even though he was younger than me. He still tends to have strong opinions,” Bobby replied.
B.I also showed affection for his fellow iKON members, saying that he was not confronted with any problems when he was dubbed the team leader. “The teammates are all very kind and caring. Whenever I am stressed about something, they tend to be very understanding,” he said.
The two singers also showed off their hip-hop image through a fashion pictorial for the magazine, which will be released on Dec. 4.
