EXACLTTTYYYYYY!!!! I done PM'd a lot of the mods before cause I had questions about why they didn't warn and some act like they don't see it. But you know a lot of them are britney stans! but let me not get into that!
I seriously wouldn't be surprised if one of the single artists' teams was behind Billboard counting single success for Billboard 200. These record labels will pay radio, mtv, Billboard, anything to make their artist look like the next MJ.

Billboard is the pits lately. Makes me wanna stand behind Bey and the whole no promo thing. So it's fine for artists and labels to pay radio to play their songs but streaming which shows the demand for a song should be lowered? What even.
