Can y'all stop with adding God to everything? It really offends me
I know exactly what you mean. I get so frustrated when I see people pray in public yet there is no trace of Blackout being played anywhere. ugh the heretics

Britney, as a half Christian, would not be happy about using God's name like this. And neither am I
Poops!... also didn't age very well (probably because it's tacky) but the GP is still using it and it's definitely iconic. The m/v on the other side, is a complete 00s mess and it should stay where it belongs (in the past, duh).
I don't know what version of Oops! you're listening to, but you're doing it wrong. Sorry.
The song has phenomenal production. There's so many layers to it.
-the R&B chicka-chicka line, the root of the song
-the bass harmony
-the synths at the end of every line
-the bells in the melody of the chorus
-her sexy vocals (of course)
Let's not forget to mention the perfect cutoffs at the end of every verse. The song is just so well crafted. There's probably more that I haven't heard just because I don't have good enough headphones.
No shade, but a Work Bitch stan can't say Oops is bad when the production is the same synth line repeated over and over and over again (with a few more additions).
All of the singles choices for circus was flawless up until Radar. Circus should not have been the lead single before any of you even try it. Same way Toxic should not have been the lead and the same way TTWE should not have been the lead. Y'all insist on this and y'all are always wrong.
I'm listening to Womanizer again after a while. It does have pretty good production, but it does also sound kinda cheap and dated. I'll cut it some slack because it wasn't produced by the industry's top-tier.

I agree with LTWIL above. Releasing one of the album's top 5 as a lead and then one of the album's top 3 as a second. You could be like JLo in the AKA era and release the promo singles as the best songs and then the worst songs as the main singles. lol
Simply put, Circus and TTWE were good enough to be hits no matter if they were the 1st, 2nd or 3rd singles. Unlike them, Womanizer and HIAM needed the comeback hype to push them further up the charts. If they were released after Circus and TTWE they wouldn't be as big so instead of like 2 successful singles, you'd get 1 very successful single and 1 moderately successful one.
