Exactly!
But until this country stops treating the prison system as a for-profit industry, the black on "black crime" agenda will always be pushed as a means of justifying the disproportionate amount of Blacks in prison.

Sensitivity is all it takes. If people opened their minds to consider what's going on outside of their own little world, and put themselves in another's shoes, we'd be much better off. Unfortunately it seems that most people can't empathize, or have no incentive to, as long as they're unaffected.
