Maybe the use the standard cameras that are used on the screens Or they have cameras places far from the stage itself as it will be crowded and they will zoom in instead?

There's bound to be more than one camera, even non-recorded shows have a handful for the projection screens.

I'm expecting one or two "Yahoo" specific cams and mostly live feeds from the arena's equipment.

Don't forget that apparently her dancers will have cameras as well.

This is what a concert looks like from the arena's equipment btw. It's not fancy, but definitely not bad.
