Like a year ago Lorde basically criticized "Come & Get It" for it's bad message (that women are supposed to passively wait for a Prince Charming to come along). I don't think there was ever actually 'beef' though.

I don't agree that Taylor's performance was one of the weakest. Weakest for her standards yes, but not out of all the others tonight. ESPECIALLY Selena's . I do agree however that Nicki, Jlo, Lorde, Ariana, Iggy, and Jessie were pretty bad ass tonight.


Also, I don't think Taylor herself gave a bad performance. It was more so a case of there being too many gimmicks. So much so, that nothing seemed to fall into place.

It seemed everybody was using a backing track at some point in their songs, but Taylor's was the only one where I could distinguish between the parts of the song that did and didn't have the soundtrack in the back
