Staples Center is the arena that the Lakers (basketball), Clippers (basketball), Sparks (women's basketball) and Kings (hockey) all play in, and it's the main concert venue (we now have the Forum again, but it's a little smaller) so no one really has extended residencies there. It's just way too busy to make it possible.
She could have
easily sold out Dodgers Stadium at least twice, and I definitely think she could have sold out at least one date at Rose Bowl or the Coliseum. She's so massively popular in the LA area.
Although, I'm happy that she's not. I got tickets to see her on the floor at Staples right before I go back to school, was not here for seeing her ant-sized at Levi's Stadium.
