Of course YOU'RE going to say that, though. She is still talked about and mentioned a lot by the media and things. Her name is still globally known. She's still relevant and still successful. She's had singles that did well during the ARTPOP era and was still able to tour for the album. And ONE era doesn't completely take away her status that she worked 5 years for. No she isn't talked about in the media and not even close to the most searched, her and Demi Lovato have basically the same score actually

No one denied that her name is globally known, it's just no one cares about her and when you bring up her name to anyone from the general public they will ask you "Oh yeah Gaga, what happend to her? she used to be good!"

Yes one era doesn't take away her status but it hurt her even more since BTW kind of started destroying everything.

I said nothing about her being the most searched but cute way to throw in that lame Google search ****. Bet you were sitting there drooling and just waiting for your chance to bring that up! Well, you can deny it but she still gets praised and mentioned by relevant people frequently and yes news outlets and websites do still speak of her. People are still checking for her and will mention her because she's Lady ****ing Gaga and everyone knows who she is. All she needs is the right material and positive press instead of the negative press she was receiving during the ARTPOP era.

A Kat really shouldn't be trying it with the BTW era since as we can see Katy isn't selling as much as she did during her previous era did either. Stop acting like the BTW was some disaster when it was still a successful era. And don't give me that "IT TURNED THE PUBLIC AGAINST HER!!!" crap either.

The IFPI always reports shipments from labels because it is impossible to track hard sales as most countries in the world don't have any tracking system. And if you use shipments for ARTPOP, then you gotta use them for other albums too, which means ARTPOP's sales remain lower than other albums' at the end of the day. ARTPOP was definitely overshipped (100k in France, but selling 65k, for example).

Anyway, she's still a main pop girl for now.
