I understand why it can be hard to digest for some people because it's extremely regionally specific, but they'll be aight. Honestly I wish she'd finally stop trying to cater to that dry ass IASF crowd for good. It's like she's felt this nagging obligation to pander to them ever since they got their lives to I Am... leaving random flavorless Best Thing I Never Had and Pretty Hurts sized potholes in her albums that have no business there trying to keep them satisfied.

I'm just ready for her to stop trying to throw them bones; especially given the fact that it's really not doing anything for her anymore, anyway. Looks like she's getting there tho.

Honestly, that IASF era (as far as the pop music) had Mathew written all over it. But I still think he's had this lingering effect on her even though he's not with her anymore. I can't wait for her to go like, full-on non commercial urban/hip hop/R&B. Pop fans are fickle anyway and she already pays pop radio dust.
