... so just take my boddaaay, and don't stop the partaay AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
You can't have my heart, help me now
And you won't use my mind, but...
I am still surprised because Cheek To Cheek is doing well.
When she announced the project, I honestly thought Cheek To Cheek wouldn't be charting a month after its release ( ). I basically thought it would sell like 150,000 / 200,000 and then completely disappear but no. It's still selling decently. How amazing is that.
but I think any R and B male singer could have taken the part and DWUW could have avoided the controversy and had a video. oh Gaga, shooting yourself in the foot like always.
I actually strongly dislike the Xtina version, R Kelly > Solo > Rick Ross > Xtina.
Idk why but something about it sounds so not right.
Her voice/accent don't suit the verse she sings. Especially the end bit "cuz my boday belongs to you when I'm on stage, aaayyyyy." I agree with your order, I just want her AHHHHHHHHHH before the last chorus section starts and whatchuwantLadyGaga to be added to the R. Kelly version
R.kelly > alan carr > xtina ( the voice) > solo > xtina (studio)>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> rick ross

Yeah, I just don't think the song suits her voice. Well it does, I just think she overdid the vocal acrobatics on this one
DWUW (feat R Kelly) is the best version and is also her best song.
My favorite version of Do What U Want is the solo version. However, part of me wishes she had released it with Christina from the get go since the lyrics relate to both of them. Then again, another part of me is glad that she included a prominent R&B singer because I'm positive that's why Rhythmic radio played it as much as it did.

Solo version sounds really weird. I think they didnt recorded the whole song again when Gaga sang the new lyrics. Her singing voice dont match with the rest of the song.

That's exactly what happened. It sounds like she recorded it in one take right before she was ready to head into that media blackout.
Wait, what? I'm a little confused by this statement. Care to elaborate?
It obviously wasn't meant to be taken seriously, but you always seem to like thigs most people don't. You'You're one of the insanely few people who prefer the solo version of DWUW, you liked Volantis, you genuinely believe there's art in ARTPOP etc.
