For the purposes of charting on the BB200, yes: "Ariana Grande’s 'My Everything,' for example, which opened at No. 1 in September, was No. 36 on last week’s chart, with 10,000 sales. Under the new formula, it would have been No. 9."
1500 album streams = 1 sale though, so it takes quite a few streams to even get a few thousand extra "sales" on the chart each week. Barring any big releases like 1D this week, I think Lord should be able to spend a few more weeks at #1.
