Anyways I think people always argued Gaga declined during Telephone, the point of her overexposure and 'messy' video and some say BTW backlash. Tbh I think Judas was her decline. I can imagine her people telling her to write another 'bigger sounding and controversial BR', and let's be real even though it was in the classic Gaga structure, it was more similar to BR than BR was a progression from PF. I think Scheisse was a better song to be that continuity though
