Drunk was pretty consistent on iTunes and the BB HOT 100 even before the Grammys performance. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for WB. Don't forget that it was an urban/rhythmic only single. Did you really expect it to benefit on iTunes the same as for example SIO or DH which were pop singles and had more exposure?

Let's just remember that Work Bitch was a first single released prior to the album and also had a music video released to promote it, compared to Drunk in Love which was released as a single after the album itself had already sold millions of copies and already had a released music video.

If you haven't already figured it out, a first single has a better opportunity for selling a lot because it's ALL the fans can buy, compared to a single that comes out after an album is released when the fans already own the song.

Hm, that's more trivia than impact. It's not as if Britney created the popularity of dubstep. It was already hugely popular she just used it first in pop music and it fizzled out quickly.
