@Bajan you are probably right, this might be a sign. If someone as irrelevant as J. Cole (no offense) is getting a #newrules type of release, I'm sure Rih can also do it. It's just a question of when and how.
I still hope that she does a Kanye-esque media blitz in the weeks before the album. Imagine if she gave us a single + cover + track list the first week, a video + new song the next week, and then a little documentary of the past year + the album during the following week
