Heard half of the album today. I'm a little underwhelmed; I really thought after all this time and the fact that they were able to get all the songs done with Warner, the album would slay me to the floor. There's lots of cute tracks... but they're just cute. I wanted to be like, "OH ****!" and it hasn't clicked yet. Hopefully with the rest of the songs I have left to go the album'll grow on me. I will say though - that "Cold" and "Cruel" are really, really freaking good.
Am I the only one that loves "If You Love Someone"? Their vocals on this album are KILLER though. Finished listening today, and the album is starting to grow on me already. The only songs I'm not too keen on are "Always" and "Mad Love". And by the way, don't forget the Album Survivor starts on the 28th!
Okay the deluxe version needs to be released ASAP so Sugar Daddy and Runaways can replace the only trash songs on this album (Sanctified and You and Me).
I wish they would have used Cruel as the second single as well since it was played during the You Ruin Me video and there would be a clear line of continuity :3 But have they shot a video for If You Love Someone?
Teenage Millionaire and You and Me have still 3/5.
The only songs I don't like are Sanctified, Always, and You and Me.
