That's another thing that bothered me about Interstellar. Christopher Nolan had that stupid spinning spaceship with ~artificial gravity~ so that they could just stand around like normal in space inside a spaceship that looked literally like a public shower at the local YMCA.
A super lazy method to keep the zero-gravity scenes to a minimum.
