Gaga is highly talented still, she's just frazzled since she isn't top banana anymore. She keeps thinking she's innovative and artistic while it's coming off as contrived and forced and isn't translating well. You have to applaud her attempt to try and do something different from what the public wants from her. She can always be like Katy and say she's abandoning what made her who she is and then go right back to it when she flops.
