Hands down this is Mariah's best performance.
The vocal transitions , the tone , the climax. Good lord bless this woman!
No shade to Whitney but I've always thought Mimi's belts was more powerful. .
Notice that when Mariah belts she has to move the mic far from her mouth.
When Whitney belts she literally eats the mic.
The music industry today doesn't show much credit for the Vocal Trinity anymore.
I'm still holding out for that Mariah/Celine duet though.
