"Blank Space" is too reliant on wordplay, it's not really that memorable if you can't understand the lyrics and that's a problem in places where people speak other languages (and yes I know many can speak English in Europe, but not everyone, and radio -since this isn't a song that will get any club play- will prioritize songs that translate easier).
