no matter what katy does she's still going to be disliked by the majority of atrl because the majority of atrl is made up of a certain stanbase who dislike katy because she killed their fave's mainstream career

literally, i saw someone say earlier that 1989 could have been released by katy and prism could have been released by taylor and (no shade to katy of course) but it's so true, yet certain people act like one's a masterpiece and the other is trash

quality wise, prism and 1989 are essentially equal imo. they are both really really great pop records where there isn't really one bad track. i do give spiritual a bit too much hate really but i quite enjoy it and it's grown on me so much since the album's release, not that i ever really genuinely disliked it.

even if she gets five more 10's and nothing else, her average would still be about 6 atrl is a joke sometimes. Katy Perry is one of the most, if not the most iconic woman in pop music overall right now. she's more than a 5/6 for sure, and that's not even a biased opinion, that's just fact.

Considering there won't be another PRISM singles, I'm happy that Katy is making new music . I will forever be pressed because of WOA and LL though . These songs deserved Birthday's and TIHWD's single choices, respectively. I don't want a brand new album, I'm sure katy isn't doing this, a new EP or a new TDTCC maybe is on the way. I'm so happy for ha #1 hot shot debut the week after the SB . She should drop the music video + the song on Spotify + the iTunes link after she performs the song on SB. The 600k sales are ready
