I don't where you live, but DWUW was everywhere on the radio in France. NRJ played it daily and Skyrock, a rap station, played it when it was released It also spent a few weeks in the Top 10 on iTunes. Don't lie to yourself like that, please

And yep, Taylor Swift has never been big in France. She's just getting started here. Shake It Off is doing well so far (currently #19 on iTunes Fr).
With the good singles and promo, she has the possibility to become big in France.
