It's not about her natural look. It's the way her face is so close to the camera and it looks wider than usual and her eyes look totally spaced out.

Her face was too close to the camera in the wrong way, could've been better with a better angle.

I wonder when it was filmed though. I mean obviously when she was in London at Live Lounge, Graham Norton etc. But Greg James knows all the words to Blank Space even though this is weeks before the album came out. I guess Taylor could have given him the lyrics to sing along too.
