Lots of people don't believe the shoot was in 2007, though. It probably wasn't, but I'd say it was late 2006, or 2005. Her body didn't look like ITZ era Britney, it was definitely after 2004. But she still looked stunning for 05 - 06 so I definitely think she could of pulled off this look then.

At this point, I'm too busy gazing into Brit's once piercing glare, rather than taking into account her photoshopped body.
Imo, back in the day, no one did seductress quite like Brit. And hey, look... no fillers, or lifts which otherwise take away from the overall look 
Tbh I'm currently on the fence regarding her recent transformation of the face... I mean perhaps Vegas called for it, but hot damn was she nevertheless flawless for so long, leading all the way up to the Residency.
Of course she's still beautiful, but I reckon it's become rather apparent that she's had a nip here, and a tuck there... Whether or not her procedures look good is for her to decide, however at this point I feel it's quite obvious she's changed her face a bit.
Speculation?
-Browlift/ perhaps an eyelid reduction
-Nose job
-lip fillers
-liberal use of botox
-(maybe) lipo
Don't get me wrong, surgery isn't exactly shameful, but as a fan I can't help but to believe she was simply stunning before all the procedures (see: Believe face shot; Womanizer/ Circus/ IUSA close ups).
I feel from 2011 on, Brit may have gone a little knife happy...

She's definitely had lip fillers and botox, but I'm still unsure about work on her nose. Like in that picture she posted yesterday, her nose looks like her old nose.. but when she's on stage covered in make up it looks different. I still think it's contouring.. either that or the Britney on stage is not her lol

She's been open about using lip fillers before. She talked about it in her latest Elle interview, I think. I don't think she has had anything else done because it wouldn't make sense to be open about her lip fillers but nothing else. Maybe Botox, but that is so easy to do that I'm not even sure whether it counts any more.
