How does someone end up liking Kesha and not Gaga? Like, someone explain Vin's life trajectory to me because it makes no sense. I mean, I don't agree with it but everyone always lumps Gaga/Kesha music together (dancepop), everyone says they're both ugly but everyone agrees that Gaga is waaay more talented than talentless K$.

Yus. It partly comes from the video being a Cabaret tribute and partly from it being about the gays. Gagz continued this thought process with the pink triangle in the BTW video.

Even though I hate the Alejandro video, it's an example of critically engaging with Nazi imagery. Nicki's video just puts her in Hitler's shoes to show that she's powerful. That's literally it. There is nothing to suggest that she is reclaiming it for some sort of social statement.

Britney stans are super bitter about Gaga and Beyonce, so they like anyone who's considered competition. For ex Alexz said he liked Rihanna and used her to drag Beyonce, but he actually thought she was a gross, hideous, "grotesque beast" with "vile hair" and never listened to any of her music of his own will.
