ATRL has been boring because 2014 was the most boring year in music in a long time. The music wasn't terrible or anything but it was so uneventful.

Plus, all the good releases got pushed to next year.

And most of the mainstream releases I was really excited about ended up underwhelming big time.

Shaki - ugh her worst album
Lana - UV is good but the second half of the album really drags
Gagz - C2C is just average, not as great as I hoped
etc.
