Yes, I agree. I know a girl, who is a daughter of my mom her friend, and she did not complete the 8th grade before she started skipping school and runnin' the streets.
Before the age of 15, she was already ****ing local small-time drug dealers and addicted to coke. She left home and her family would only see her for months at a time.
Fast forward, and she already had two kids before age 20 and has a criminal record with no HS diploma in 2014.
Her kids are doomed, and so is she. But I feel sorry for the kids because they are just shuffled around and have no real chance at any future other than what their mom is.
