They were turned into kids twice.

The first time, they didn't remember being Power Rangers, which means they shouldn't have known each other. The second time was when Mighty Morphin was transitioning into Alien Rangers which transitioned into Zeo. And Billy did turn into a kid. He turned back into a teen later in the Alien Rangers series.

Yeah, it was the Alien Rangers stuff. He did such a poor job explaining it to me. He wanted to do a marathon of it all night but I just got so confused what was going on.

I only watched MMPR, Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed Rescue, and Time Force.
