Blackout really is her best album. Her fans actually rate it correctly... highly.
In the Zone is a close 2nd though. Blackout is just so modern and fresh.
I think ITZ is. It's the closest Britney ever got to making an ''experimental'' album. It sounded like nothing out at the time. And it doesn't sound as dated as her bubblegum albums or even Blackout and FF.
