I ****ing hate this game (MWR2). I still play from time to time, but I've lost two saves that I spent an outrageous amount of time on. The creator is a dick who refuses to release updates on time, and is saving all of the suggested features for MWR3. I've never played such a glitchy game.

I started a new save without the RL Mod, and am just playing on a new label I created with 0% popularity. I created 2 artists (Shivers and Miss Nothing) and they're selling extremely well already. I've been dropping singles like crazy and released 2 EPs for both of them. Shivers' (an alt pop band) second EP debut at #2 WW (even though it was only released in America), and their latest single has sold over 30k consistently for 30 weeks.

Miss Nothing's (an R&B duo) EP debuted at #26 with no promo (other than a mini USA tour) and their single debuted at #6.

Below is a list of features, which are already confirmed for Version 1.2 of Road 2 Success.

Mark will add any further features until the cut off date, which will be 7th November 2014.

Current confirmed features:

All continents will be included. Confirmed as - North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania
Under each continent will be each country, and each one will have its own charts. This does not include countries governed by others. Countries that are extremely undemocratic such as North Korea, will not be included.
The sales modules will be completely rewritten
New revenue streams introduced, such as spotify type streaming services and revenue from video advertisements, IE youtube etc.
Tours will be rewritten to allow the increase in tour dates and various other options.
Music videos will be split from the current method, will have its own data set and as such will have video charts etc
The ability to re-release albums - Added to list 20th October
Ability to ask staff to take control of some of your artists, arranging releases etc etc - Added to list 20th October

More features are being considered just not 100% confirmed.

Some changes
+ Artists no longer receive sales boosts from festival appearance (this was causing some crashes in the game and I decided that it was not significant enough to warrant keeping in the game at this point). Sales boosts are still provided for touring and winning awards.

Some fixes
+ The editor should no longer crash when taking advantage of the solo member feature
+ The correct production level will appear in the show profile
+ Bankrupt labels no longer sign bands
+ AI bug that stopped labels from earning money for tours which led to early bankruptcy for major labels.

Some updates
+ You can now change production levels for individual tour legs.
+ The tour button in the Activities screen is automatically blocked until you create a set list (should be a helpful reminder).
+ A suggested ticketed price is automatically given for artists depending on their popularity in a given region.

Below is a big list of countries that are being brought into the game. Its subject to change but its a pretty big list. I have removed a number due to previous reasons given and may well remove more but this is what im current programming in.

Some countries are split between Asia and Europe, I have put Russia into Asia and the same with Turkey, some might not like this but this is the final decision. I do not identify with Russia or Turkey being part of Europe, even if geographically they are partly, I personally identify them more on the Asian continent/Middle Eastern area.

Also there is no space for any country that is governed by another, which is fine as typically they're very small anyway.
