Or because he actually knows Charlamagne, is cool with him and has been for years, has directly spoken to Charlamagne about his relationships in the past, etc and Charlamagne actually has some insight/leeway to discuss it as opposed to just some random people whom he doesn't know.
Also, he has a big sense of humor and most of the **** Charlamagne says is done in a comedic way. As jokes, to be funny, etc. and can be laughed off. They were dead ass serious.
