Out From Under slays and should have also been a single. Britney doesn't have enough ballads for singles, especially since ITZ.
Blur would make sense on ITZ, but it still doesn't fit on Blackout for me. It's too mellow and soft for an album like Blackout. Blackout is harsh if that makes sense. Blur would go nice after Breathe On Me.
