Hmmm that war on Woman is now economically based as women who are seeking jobs who are doing better than mean and more likely to be sexually harassed at work by one of their coworkers are getting paid less than their male counterparts. Thus messing up their take home pay and how much money they will later funnel into the econmy. Same thing with gay marriage. You act like its all social based but its economically related to Estate tax and inheritance tax along with providing and ensuring loved ones can be added on to combined 401(k)s, retirement plans, and company insurance plans which those insurance plans may help keep them out of debt if an emergency arises.

Women going into STEM careers are not common. These are careers that pay a good paycheck. Women usually take up careers with liberal arts like teaching and art. It is a proven fact that teachers and other liberal arts related jobs do not make as much as say a computer technician or chemist. Essentially, it is their fault if you like to point fingers. Women also don't go into as dangerous fields that pay a lot which men are okay w/ taking risks for that paycheck. Do you see women in building construction or hard, physical labor? Why is it so hard to understand for you little liberal democrats?

Oh woman don't like to go to dangerous fields hey? The same women who have been fighting their asses off to finally get a male dominated society to let them take combat based jobs in the military 2 years ago after a ten year fight including some of the women I work with. So you can stop with your little liberal democrat statement because I never said I was a liberal or a democrat or women don't like danger comment. Secondly all those STEM jobs and careers you are talking about always get outsourced to people in other countries such as India, China, Japan where the level of education is higher thus providing better quality products hints one of the main disrepencacies in your argument.

They have none. In Illinois, the Republican Bruce Rauner was elected over incumbent Pat Quinn and many time Rauner has said he'll reduce certain taxes but hasn't said how he'll make up the difference in money. This has lead to studies showing that if he does this, by 2016 every single penny Illinois takes in will pay for public employees pension plans, which is the biggest part of Illinois's debt. That's what bothers me. Promising tax breaks but also probably cutting services. It doesn't look good for Illinois. Tuition will probably be going up at all state universities which is great because I'm going to UIC in just 2 years.

I can't count how many posts simply are idiotic 
There are like five total people on this site - Democrat or Republican - who are actually understanding the political system and the parties' goals.

Girl SIT. Especially when its the REPUBLICANS that are ALL up in women's uterus and they're the ones fighting gay marriage tooth and nail to the bitter end. The republicans have no plan for healthcare, they tried to attack Obama but they have no alternative except reversing the Affordable Healthcare Act which they WONT do because its WORKING. If the republicans try to take away healthcare from the millions of people who already have it and like it, they will scream bloody murder. Obamacare is here to stay, and the economy is doing fine. Unless you forgot the condition this country was in when Obama took office. I swear republicans have the SHORTEST memories.

Especially when some of the companies paying their employees minimum wage are recording record profits in the BILLIONS. But still paying their workers $7.25 an hour.

When have Republicans been good for the exonomy in a way that benefits everyone? Is it when Bill Clinton/Obama left office with record stock market highs and balanced budgets or when Republicans are content to put elective trillion dollar wars on credit. most of you havent been paying attention to Congress and what they havent been doing since 2010 when Republicans took over the house. No immigration reform, no jobs bill, underfunded infrastructure and lets not forget the numerous government shutdowns initiated by the Republican HoR in the name of "financial responsibility". Who knew that refusing yo pay your bills is a recipe for financial disaster?
Obama was just lucky the economy didnt stall out completely. The truth is that we couldve been growing much faster with a more aggressive stimulous package instead of the watered down stimulous that we got...courtesy of Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins both Republicans in the Senate at the time. The Healthcare Bill....well HoR under Nancy Pelosi passed a good Single Payer Health care bill but you had Joe Lieberman and Republicans in the Senate blocking it. Instead we got what we have which is working but its not as good as it couldve been. Many on here wouldve even be covered for health care under their parents insurance if it wasnt for Obama and the Democrats passing what they could.
Republicans voted against the healthcare bills all of them. They also voted against jobs bills and stimulous to help create jobs. Theyve stated they dont believe its the governments role to help with these things. So rather than pointig at Democrats for supporting the things they do agree with maybe you need to learn about what Republicans do stand for because it sounds like you dont fully understand that yourself.
