I'm prepared for it to not happen. Even if it doesn't, the fact that she's had 3 albums debut with over a million, with each increasing in sales every time, and she got THIS close is super impressive.

And yeah, don't forget that Billboard's numbers could very well be different. They're sometimes a few thousand off.

HDD can be off so she could still break it but even so selling 1.3M in this day and age is incredible. Think 2 weeks ago we weren't even sure if she would crack 1M.

Nothing is certain yet regarding the record. It is only 2.5 k away and it is not uncommon for Billboard figures to be different from Hits figures by several thousand. For example only last week Slipknot got Hits Numbers for 126679 and Official Billboard figures from Soundscan were 132k, an increase of 5.5k. So we need to wait on Billboard's article.
