How is wanting to make money from music she's wrote and put a lot of effort into greedy? Apart from anything else, Spotify pays jack ****. Lesser known artists struggle to see anything from it, and this move by Taylor will hopefully open more people's eyes to this mess.

More artists need to make changes when it comes to iTunes purchases too. Spotify is not the only problem.

What's the purpose of cheaply streaming when the artists are getting the short stick? Killing $ from digital and album sales and paying copper, you soon won't have artists able to afford to even release albums cause of costs.

If anything it should be the big money makers to start turning their back. They can make the statement, not the poor indie acts who don't realize they're limiting their chance + profit.

Because she already makes over 50million dollars a year. Yet the greedy chanteuse still wants more and more. Her fans helped her net worth become over 200million dollars. Keeping her old music on Spotify for her fans to be able to listen to is the least she can do.
And lets be honest Taylor isn't doing this for "lesser known artists" or to make a statement, she is doing it for herself.

Free is a lot less money than $12.99. It's literally $12.99 less than $12.99.
