I have never heard this song bailando and i dont understand why so many views, its just a south america-spain hit and most views probably come from there. I dont see many people outside those terretories playing it. In Korea im like the only one who even knows who that guy is and thanks to ATRL 
Local songs having a lot of views, the same that happens with Meghan Trainor or Taylor Swift in the US.
I guess its the same here with those kpop songs that get to 100M views.

The same happens with Shakira's videos, they also get most of their views from South America and Spain 
And Bailando was a big hit in Europe. In some countries it's still slaying the charts (#1 for 9 consecutive weeks in Italy, my country, and still counting).
It also peaked at #12 on the Hot 100.
I can't call it local

Oh I was hoping it would be an annual chart of the top videos (So like all videos would qualify for 2014 if they've been seen a bunch in 2014, etc.), but I guess this works too.
YBWM seems oddly high, given how people view her as "not a video artist."

The same they said with her facebook fans ans then it was proved only like 20% of them aee from Latinamerica. Dont even try it....when Shakira releases a video she has Asia, America, Africa, Europe...and dozens of countries where this guy is not even known, including mine. Her last 2 videosspent seveeal weeks at #1 on the vevo charts in the US, UK and Australia as well.
