What made The Bible era so flawless was Godga herself with the performances, videos, her craziness, etc. The singles were perfect but some of the tracks on the album were just ok.
ARTPOP could have been good if A) the vocals were better and B) it was like a ~10 track album dedicated to the theme of nightclubbing (Nightclubbing would kinda be an iconic name but she's copied Grace Jones enough), rather than art.
It would make more sense; Venus, G.U.Y., Manicure, Do What U Want, Fashion, Mary Jane Holland, Dope & Applause could all easily fit on an album thats just about going out and having fun.
