I'm kind of torn between Katy and Sarah Hudson, tbh. It sounds more like Sarah's voice, imo. But it's pitched, so that could be why.

I used to use Sarah Hudson in her group UltraViolet Sound, so that's where I know her voice from, and it kinda sounds like it tbh.
