Well saying Shake It Off "only" spent 2 weeks @ #1 to make it seem like it's not that big of a hit when it's STILL #1 on iTunes

Now if you'd said it's horrible and sounds like a Rebecca Black song, ok. But coming after its success makes no sense. It's a monster. Not even Roar was still #1 on iTunes this far into its run.
