IDK. In one of Her interviews, She mentioned that Her next album may be entirely in a different direction than this one.

I don't see how releasing an acoustic country album, for example, could truly work out after 1989. I guess She could take the pop in a different direction and bring in a larger indie-pop influence or something.

Anything could happen. She's so unpredictable.




I think the one thing that will play a big part in it is whether or not She goes through a relationship in the next year and a half.

I would looove that, but I just feel like she is really enjoying being a pop star right now. Unlike Katy et al., she always has country to fall back on, but she's in her prime years for pop music right now. Unless you're Madonna or similar, most female pop stars have an expiration date on the radio.

And I think Joni put the kibosh on that whole movie, no surprise there though
