She was on GMA (twice?), The View, Letterman, Kimmel, Ellen... She was all over the radio, had other pre-recorded interviews that aired.... has been tweeting TONS of pictures of fans with the album...

It's pretty amazing that She can have a massive album campaign and you didn't even realize it.

I wonder if Lord has the next few albums planned already. I see Her releasing another pop album in fall 2016 (but with a different focus/inspiration), and then a triumphant return to acoustic music in fall 2018. Then a few years off to bask in the returns of Her 12+ years of slayage

She has been so smart though! She's been targeting all sorts of different demographics without overdoing it (eg. Gaga and the gays). NPR, The View, late night shows... covering all different bases.
