The reason it went to #3 and #4 the first two weeks were because of large digital sales, then it slipped to #14, and has been #11 the past two weeks, also largely due to digital sales.
And if you haven't noticed, the whole entire Top 40 chart bullets decreased dramatically, in part of the year-end countdowns. Britney wasn't the only one to decrease, example of how GAGA was HUGE then now it's bullet is below +150.
"Circus" has the 3rd largest bullet with +481 right now, behind "Heartless" and "Single Ladies". The chart had a freeze, just like last year when "Feedback" couldn't go anywhere in late December / early January, and everything is starting to go back to normal.
Sorry if I sound antsy, I just feel like you know how the chart works and just being negative.
