The promotion for ARPTOP era was actually good compared to what most artists get. We can't use that
crap with it didn't have the right promotion when the most important thing is that the music connects.
The Beats commercial got DWUW to go #1 and stay there for many weeks in some countries + it's
the best way to promote an single WW. Still didn't anyone buy the album. It's just that the imaginary
and the singles wasn't strong enough.

1.The ARTPOP promo outside the US was almost embarrassing and I'm sure people will agree with me on this one as it was discussed and agreed on ages ago.

2. The mid era blackout, the DWUW fiasco were among many reasons why ARTPOP sold 2 m ww and not 4.
Other reasons were BTW and its singles, excluding TEOG,which was the only reasonable choice.

3. The less important reason was ARTPOP's quality. We see everyday **** songs topping the charts,don't we?

She confirmed Gypsy as a title over there last year (even though we basically knew it was a song since late 2011 cause that's all she ever said in interviews )
