I'm 5'8", weight is 195 pounds...I gained so much weight these past few years and I want to lose it all and get my old body back, my energy back, my confidence back, just EVERYTHING.
My problem is that I have a huge appetite. I have the drive, but I feel like my appetite gets in the way, so the benefits of my past exercising went to waste.
So if anybody wants to create a plan for me and give me tips, that'll be great. I know I need to take this slow, but it's going to be hard.
I love HIIT cardio. It really works as long as you're eating right too tbh. Just keep doing it and your stamina will increase too. 15 minute won't feel like anything after a month.
Guys, Im having a problem. I lost about 30kg within a year, for the last 4 months I been doing excercises and eating healthy. My muscles started to show like 6pack, my arms got bigger blah, blah, blah but the main problem is Im feeling weaker that I was before. For example nobody could beat me at arm wrestling before, and now I feel like every little kid that passes by beats me. Im eating very healthy by the way, this truly sucks cause the primary reason for me to go all through this was to gain more strength rather than to build a good looking phyisique.

how do you guys started working out? did you hire a personal trainer or such to guide you? i'm kinda afraid to start working out in the gym and look noob

I just went with my friend. He played football and wrestled so he knew how tow do all the exercises, and he showed me.
