Venus is a better highlight of artRAVE, simply because it's Gaga's favourite song to perform and you can definitely tell.

Gypsy is a better song overall though

I'm on your side of course, Gypsy > Venus. But the only reason Gypsy lasted longer on iTunes is because it was performed more and had more exposure. It's also far more 'generic' than Venus - not saying that' a bad thing, Gypsy is one of my favourites on ARTPOP. But that's why it was more popular.

Actually the only reason I say that is because Gypsy was the only song that rose significantly on the night of the Thanksgiving special. And Venus was the show's opener.

I think you'll find most of the GP would agree with me there. Not saying that makes my opinion any more relevant or right since they are the ones that chose Tik Tok over Bad Romance But just adding that into my argument.

I think you'd all have different opinions if DWUW's era wasn't such a mess. I think it's tarnished your opinion of the song (and Gaga's, actually).
