More like stats since 2010. But what's an achievement for a Pop star nowadays that doesn't involve #'s? Take it for what it is. Yeah, there are stars that grossed more on tour, sold more, won more awards, more relevant etc but who cares. There's always someone who can gross more, sell more, win more and be cared about more but that doesn't change the respective artist's success. And Britney's success shouldn't be undermined just cuz she's isn't on top anymore.
